The Durban Ice Rink situated at 81 Somtseu Road, Durban is the only ice rink in
Kwa Zulu Natal.

Since December 2008 the Ice Rink is under the new management of Durban ICE.
We at Durban Ice consider the Ice Rink to be an important part and heritage of
Durban and Kwa Zulu Natal. During the December holiday we had many patrons
(locals and holiday makers) visiting the Rink. Our young patrons had especially
enjoyed the vibrant and exciting atmosphere at the rink.

During our schooling terms we have especially allocated Ice times for scholars
and teachers to enjoy as part of our Edutainment Sessions at the Rink. We
believe the Ice rink is a fun place to visit for school outings, excursions, and
team building sessions.

In the past years numerous schools have visited the Rink.
The rink under new management offers much improved facilities including, safe
and secure parking, delicious meals at our new Ice Café and lovely music that
creates an unforgettable experience for you and your pupils.
During the school terms we are offering special sessions times and pricing for
school that are interested in visiting The Ice Rink.
